Who actually organises the camp?

The private, non-commercial mountain hiking camp is organised on a voluntary basis by a group of men who have been involved with the camp for a long time. In addition, there are two to three people per camp week who are responsible for the organisation on site, i.e. creating shopping lists and doing the shopping, speaking to the group of participants, liaising with the landlords, managing the unforeseen... The main organisers are:

Stefan from Glockscheid in the Westerwald

Tasks: Finances and budget, house research, contact with landlords, registration procedure, circular mails

Manno from Hamburg

Tasks: Mailing list maintenance, general enquiries, room allocation, hiking options, contact with the weekly organisers, general coordination tasks

Florian from Berlin

Tasks: Maintenance of the website, technical support, programming of the registration procedure, maintenance of the mail programme, support in answering e-mails
