When you register you accept the following conditions:

• you take care for your own travel and health/accident insurance. We cannot insure you.
• you do not make any claims against the organisers in terms of tour programme, insurance or guarantees.
• you agree that the mountain hiking camp may process personal data and transfer it among the participants of the mountain hiking camp for internal use within the group.

As a privately organised, non-commercial event, the mountain hiking camp is not subject to the legal provisions governing travel contracts (Sections 651a et seq. of the German Civil Code (BGB)). In particular, the organisers do not undertake to provide any contractual services to the participants beyond booking accommodation and purchasing food for self-catering. All participants in the mountain hiking camp therefore legally constitute a partnership under civil law (§§ 705 ff. BGB). The organisers are indemnified against any contractual claims for damages. Hikes and other activities in the mountain hiking camp are at the participant's own risk.
